Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for diverse client portfolio
- Leverage ATS tools and AI-powered sourcing platforms to identify top talent
- Build and nurture candidate pipelines in high-demand sectors (IT, Healthcare, Engineering)
- Conduct advanced behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Collaborate with sales team to deliver customized staffing solutions
- Drive process optimization to achieve 48-hour candidate placement targets
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing technical and professional roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions
- Hampton Roads market knowledge required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
