Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors using Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ high-priority roles simultaneously
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to penetrate competitive talent markets
- Conduct behavioral interviews and candidate assessments using structured frameworks
- Onboard candidates with personalized onboarding experiences
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics in ATS platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements quarterly
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and passive candidate sourcing
- Advanced knowledge of Austin's tech talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SPC or CERC certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments
