Qualifications
- 5+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with agency background
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean, and referrals
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Chicago's talent market across multiple industries
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
