Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client positions
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Leverage innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean, referrals)
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Negotiate compensation packages and closing offers
- Utilize applicant tracking systems for pipeline management
- Provide market insights to clients and candidates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume/staffing environments
- Expert knowledge of Indianapolis talent market
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
