Responsibilities
- Source and attract top-tier candidates through strategic outreach, networking, and digital recruitment channels
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations for high-demand roles
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates across multiple industry verticals
- Develop deep client relationships to understand staffing needs and deliver customized talent solutions
- Leverage ATS platforms and data analytics to optimize recruitment processes and KPIs
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal performance metrics
- Represent Baltimore Talent Partners at industry events and community initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with proven success in staffing agencies
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore's talent market and regional industry dynamics
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Track record of exceeding placement targets and client satisfaction metrics
