Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier engineering talent across SF tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 high-priority tech roles monthly
- Build relationships with hiring managers at Google, Salesforce, and unicorns
- Leverage Boolean/X-Ray sourcing to identify passive candidates
- Optimize ATS workflows for 48-hour placement turnaround
- Present data-driven recruitment reports to C-suite clients
- Mentor junior recruiters on market trends and negotiation tactics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in Bay Area market
- Proven success placing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps
- Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and SeekOut
- Strong understanding of SF tech salary benchmarks and visa requirements
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio showcasing 50+ placements at FAANG-scale companies
