Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists)
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through weekly pipeline reviews
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics with stakeholders
- Optimize recruitment funnel using data analytics to improve time-to-fill metrics
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives to ensure inclusive candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in agency or corporate setting
- Proven success placing mid-to-senity tech roles (minimum 50 placements/year)
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates across diverse tech stacks
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with offer acceptance rates >75%
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions with strict SLAs
