Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success placing roles in software development, cybersecurity, and engineering
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical forums
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate candidates for complex roles
- Exceptional communication skills and client relationship management abilities
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
