Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from screening to offer negotiation for software engineering and IT roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand evolving talent needs
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in Sacramento's tech sector
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines

Qualifications
