Responsibilities
- Sourced and qualified candidates for open positions using job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
- Conducted initial phone screenings and in-person interviews with potential candidates
- Managed candidate pipeline and maintained accurate records in our ATS system
- Coordinated interview schedules between candidates and client companies
- Developed job descriptions and recruitment strategies with hiring managers
- Provided exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
- Attended industry networking events to expand candidate pool
- Met weekly KPIs for submissions, interviews, and placements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience
- Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Local knowledge of Virginia Beach job market preferred
