Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, and closing high-demand roles
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ tech clients in Fresno and surrounding areas
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for specialized IT positions (DevOps, Cloud, Data Science)
- Conduct market analysis to position candidates competitively in the Central Valley tech ecosystem
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through transparent communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with marketing team to create employer branding campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with IT staffing agencies
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- Expert knowledge of Fresno's tech landscape and talent pipelines
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Technical aptitude to evaluate engineering and IT roles
