Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates across Baltimore's thriving tech corridor
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, engineering, and developer roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search techniques
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and skills assessments
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to understand hiring needs
- Optimize recruitment processes using ATS systems
- Drive recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals
- Expertise in Baltimore's tech ecosystem and local talent markets
- Advanced knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate candidates across stack specialties
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
