Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier technical talent for Fortune 500 startups and established tech giants
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering and data science roles
- Leverage cutting-edge sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) to identify passive candidates
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and deliver strategic hiring solutions
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights on compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering or data science roles
- Proven success placing candidates at companies like Google, NVIDIA, or Adobe
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (Python, Java, cloud technologies)
- Track record of exceeding KPIs in fast-paced environments
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
