Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and cybersecurity domains
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from pipeline development to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate criteria
- Utilize ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques for targeted talent acquisition
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics with stakeholders
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive tech professionals
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and KPIs
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven placement success
- Deep understanding of Columbus tech ecosystem and regional talent pools
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find talent for developer, DevOps, and AI roles
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
