Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified technical candidates for government contracts and private sector roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines for specialized IT positions
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for cybersecurity, software engineering, and data roles
- Build strategic relationships with hiring managers at federal agencies and tech startups
- Optimize recruitment strategies using ATS and sourcing tools
- Ensure compliance with federal hiring regulations and security clearance protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with government contracting or DC tech firms
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates for specialized IT roles
- Strong knowledge of federal hiring processes and security clearance requirements
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and Boolean search techniques
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical requirements
- Proven track record of meeting urgent hiring deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Active SHRM or NAPS certification preferred
