Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across engineering, data science, and product design roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer acceptance with 48-hour SLAs
- Develop deep partnerships with hiring managers at LA-based tech giants
- Leverage Boolean/X-Ray sourcing to build diverse candidate pipelines
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and close candidates with precision
- Maintain 95% fill rate for urgent contract-to-hire positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Los Angeles market
- Proven success with high-volume placements (50+ placements/year)
- Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and Lever ATS systems
- Expertise in sourcing AI/ML, DevOps, and cybersecurity professionals
- Track record of meeting aggressive hiring deadlines
- Technical assessment capabilities for coding interviews
- SHRM-SPC or CER certification preferred
