Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across Omaha's key industries
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ corporate clients monthly
- Execute full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction through personalized onboarding support
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expert knowledge of Omaha's job market and industry demands
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport instantly
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Valid Nebraska staffing license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Track record of meeting/exceeding quarterly placement targets
