Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary/permanent roles
- Develop and maintain client relationships to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to identify top talent
- Conduct candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Collaborate with sales team to meet placement targets
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring environments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven settings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- SHRM or CSP certification preferred
