Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry clients
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct thorough interviews and reference checks
- Track key metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with team to meet quarterly hiring targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Proven track record meeting recruitment KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license (client site visits required)
