Responsibilities
- Source and vet top-tier technical talent for urgent client needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across engineering, product, and data science roles
- Build and nurture relationships with key hiring managers at client companies
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean operators
- Conduct technical interviews and candidate assessments
- Drive compliance with EEOC and labor regulations
- Optimize recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and candidate quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Silicon Valley
- Proven success placing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong knowledge of San Jose's tech talent landscape
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent hiring campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
