Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client requirements across Seattle's key industries
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using cutting-edge recruitment technologies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships to understand evolving hiring needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and referrals
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Deep understanding of Seattle's competitive talent landscape and compensation trends
- Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs in fast-paced environments
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
