Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across Seattle's competitive job market
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at leading tech/healthcare firms
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Utilize ATS tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to track pipelines

- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies

Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Seattle's market
- Proven track record placing candidates in tech, healthcare, or finance
- Expertise with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with candidates/clients
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
