Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates across AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity domains
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ high-priority client accounts
- Develop strategic talent pipelines using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for senior-level positions
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages with 98% offer acceptance rate
- Collaborate with account managers to deliver 110% quarterly KPI targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in Silicon Valley market
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM systems
- Proven track record placing engineers in FAANG/Meta-scale environments
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional knowledge of Bay Area tech talent landscape
- Data-driven approach with demonstrated ROI metrics
- Strong relationships with 50+ passive engineering candidates
