Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across San Diego
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement
- Leverage ATS tools and social media for talent acquisition
- Meet weekly KPIs for submissions and placements
- Collaborate with team on market trends and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring environments
- Expertise in candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of San Diego's job market preferred
