Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for urgent client positions across diverse industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize ATS systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with professionalism
- Negotiate compensation packages and close top talent
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience in a high-volume environment
- Proven track record of meeting urgent hiring deadlines
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento's job market and talent landscape
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- SHRM-SCP or CERC certification a plus
