Responsibilities
- Source and vet qualified candidates across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from screening to placement
- Build client relationships through weekly strategic consultations
- Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Train new recruiters on ATS systems and compliance protocols
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Drive team KPIs: 15+ placements/month and 95% client retention
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in US market
- Proven track record in high-volume staffing (50+ placements/year)
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Valid NC driver's license for client site visits
