Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across tech, healthcare, and professional services sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Build and nurture client relationships with Portland's top employers
- Utilize ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to optimize talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
- Maintain compliance with EEOC and state labor regulations
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in agency or corporate recruitment
- Proven success in high-volume hiring cycles
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and interview techniques
- Strong knowledge of Portland's talent landscape
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
