Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination
- Utilize CRM systems and ATS platforms to track candidates and manage pipelines
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitive positioning
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job postings and employer branding content
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn)
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with creative approach to talent acquisition challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
