Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active clients
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Build/maintain talent pipeline for urgent staffing needs
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed monthly KPIs
- Track metrics in ATS and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency/staffing recruitment
- Proven track record placing technical roles
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to close 10+ placements monthly
- Strong negotiation and client management skills
- Experience with Greenhouse or Bullhorn ATS
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
