Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process: screening, interviewing, and closing top talent
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ key clients to understand hiring needs
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment pipelines and reduce time-to-fill
- Develop innovative sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill positions
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and major ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven recruitment approach
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent staffing industry credentials
- Deep knowledge of Philadelphia's talent market and industry trends
