Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles (IT, Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments using competency-based methodologies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly performance reports to leadership
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding and candidate attraction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruiting/staffing experience with proven placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong knowledge of Omaha's job market and key industry sectors
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Relevant degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
