Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across multiple industries including IT, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with 50+ active company partners
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, and placement
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media for talent acquisition
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and candidate generation
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with reliable transportation
