Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (tech, healthcare, logistics, etc.)
- Develop and maintain deep client relationships to understand evolving staffing needs
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job posting, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and track KPIs (fill rates, time-to-hire)
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job postings and employer branding campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation trends
- Train and mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent proven experience)
- Minimum 3 years of agency/corporate recruitment experience with demonstrable results
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and social recruiting
- Strong network within New Orleans' professional community and talent market
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex placements
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles under tight deadlines
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Valid Louisiana driver's license for client meetings (if applicable)
