Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through networking events, job boards, and social media
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Collaborate with team to implement innovative sourcing techniques and market expansion strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs in competitive markets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Valid Arizona driver's license and willingness for occasional client site visits
- Knowledge of Tucson's labor market and industry-specific talent trends
