Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client requirements
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using ATS systems
- Manage client relationships and job requisition workflows

Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing with proven track record
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
- Raleigh-based candidates preferred (remote flexibility available)
