Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates across diverse industries including IT, finance, and healthcare
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and candidates
- Utilize ATS platforms and social media for proactive talent identification
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs including placements and revenue targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to develop strategic hiring solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with commission mindset
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, quota-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
