Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary and permanent positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and skill assessments for role alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate onboarding processes
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize performance weekly
Qualifications
- 3+ years in recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets and client satisfaction
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment

- Valid Tennessee driver's license for client visits
