Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, technology, and finance
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Nashville-based hiring managers and HR professionals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
- Utilize our ATS and CRM systems to track candidate pipelines and performance metrics
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks
- Facilitate onboarding processes for placed candidates and hiring partners
- Exceed quarterly placement goals while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience with proven placement success
- Strong network within Nashville's professional community preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
