Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to drive successful placements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems and innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and client needs
- Collaborate with sales team to develop client-specific staffing solutions
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record of placements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong understanding of Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads job market
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
