Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse staffing assignments
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier Milwaukee employers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring workflows
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client talent needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience required
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring environments
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee job market and industries
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Relevant HR certification (SPHR, CSCP, or similar) preferred
