Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, logistics, and IT
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and job seekers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Leverage ATS systems and social media to identify passive candidates
- Contribute to team KPIs including fill rates and client satisfaction metrics
- Participate in industry networking events to expand talent pipeline
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong understanding of Louisville's job market and talent landscape
