Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles across Louisville
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key clients

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and closing

- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
