Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct thorough screening interviews and assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to placement and onboarding
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly/monthly placement KPIs
- Represent Elite Talent Partners at industry events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Strong understanding of Louisville's job market and key industries
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
- Proficiency in recruitment software (ATS) and HR technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
