Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across diverse industries
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments for specialized roles
- Leverage ATS systems to track KPIs and optimize recruitment pipelines
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in LA market
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling job advertisements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- Expert knowledge of LA's talent landscape and industry trends
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Workday, or similar ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings
