Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates in urgent client assignments across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through strategic account management and solution-based staffing
- Execute full-cycle recruitment using cutting-edge ATS platforms and innovative sourcing techniques
- Drive business growth by exceeding weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and revenue generation
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment workflows and candidate experience
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices in all recruitment activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven success in placing candidates across diverse industries with emphasis on technical roles
- Expert proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn) and sourcing platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with demonstrated track record of exceeding targets
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Valid California Staffing License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven approach to recruitment metrics and forecasting
