Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and market trend analysis
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and coordinate hiring logistics with client partners
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies including social media recruitment and talent mapping
- Present detailed candidate reports with salary benchmarking and market insights
- Drive full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to placement
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment using ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong network of candidates in Southern California tech/healthcare/logistics sectors
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 50+ placements/year
- Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment metrics and KPI reporting
- Valid California driver's license for occasional client meetings
