Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in technical and professional roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using modern recruitment tools
- Track key metrics and optimize recruitment processes
- Represent our agency at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across tech platforms
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
