Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (manufacturing, IT, healthcare)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/culture fit
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding
- Utilize ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent acquisition
- Exceed monthly placement KPIs while maintaining candidate satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience in Milwaukee market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement goals
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through multiple channels
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
