Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at client companies to understand staffing needs
- Manage candidate pipeline through ATS, conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding processes
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies including social media sourcing and networking events
- Track performance metrics and optimize recruitment workflows to exceed weekly placement targets
- Maintain compliance with EEOC regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with proven track record of placements
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions
- Valid North Carolina staffing industry certification (CPSR) preferred
- Results-driven mindset with history of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
