Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies in Southern California
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer negotiation with 95%+ client satisfaction rate
- Optimize candidate pipelines using data-driven recruitment analytics and CRM tools
- Execute urgent same-day placements for critical client positions
- Lead weekly talent strategy sessions with senior recruitment team
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate or agency staffing/recruitment with proven track record of high-volume placements
- Expert knowledge of Long Beach and greater LA County talent markets
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with $1M+ placement history
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Unrestricted ability to travel client sites across Southern California
